Meet the Team
Starz Accounting & Advisory is led by Derek Starzynski, MBA — a financial operator with over 15 years of experience building accounting infrastructure, cleaning up financial operations, and serving in Controller and CFO-level roles across healthcare, technology services, non-profit, national construction, field services, and appraisal industries.
Every client engagement is handled directly by Derek. You will not be handed off to a junior associate after the sales call. You get senior-level attention on day one and every day after.
Derek is supported by a trusted internal team covering operations, client communications, and business development, along with a senior advisory network of finance professionals with Big 4 and Fortune 500 experience that he draws on when engagements require specialized depth.
